INKRALLY sells made-to-order canvas artwork. Review the artwork, selected size, delivery address, and order total before submitting payment. You are responsible for providing accurate order and contact information.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable delivery charges, discounts, and taxes are confirmed at secure checkout before payment. Shopify processes checkout and payments; card details are not collected in our storefront forms.

Your order confirmation records your purchase. Production and delivery updates follow as your canvas is prepared and shipped. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you about the available resolution and refund amounts due for canceled items. Applicable rights concerning shipping delays remain unchanged.

Contact the studio promptly to request cancellation or correct an address. Changes may not be possible once production begins. We will confirm whether we can make the requested change; sending a request does not itself cancel an order.

Our delivery and returns policy explains how to report damaged, defective, or incorrect items and the limits on change-of-mind returns. These terms do not limit applicable consumer rights.
