Your bag and saved works are stored in this browser. Clearing site data removes that local copy. You can shop without creating an account.

When you continue to secure checkout, we send your selected artwork and the contact and delivery details you entered to Shopify to prepare your order. Shopify handles checkout, payment processing, order records and customer accounts. We do not collect card details in the INKRALLY storefront.

Information needed to produce and deliver your order is shared with our production and delivery service providers. Order confirmations and delivery messages relate to your purchase; marketing email preferences are separate.

If you choose optional email updates, we save the information you submit and your consent. Earlier launch-list entries may include your name, email and saved artwork selections. These records are stored privately with our hosting service.

You can remove a saved launch-list entry at /email-preferences using the browser that saved it, or use the removal link in an email. For help with order information or other privacy requests, contact the studio. Removing a marketing entry does not automatically erase records that must be kept for an order.

Where permitted by your regional privacy settings and choices, Meta receives information about viewed artwork and actions such as adding a canvas to your bag, along with browser and device information, to measure ads and show relevant advertising. Use Privacy choices to decline or withdraw this choice. We do not send support form contents or contact fields from this storefront to Meta.

Where permitted by your regional privacy settings and choices, Google Analytics measures page visits, artwork views, bag additions and checkout starts using cookies and device information. In the United States, analytics and advertising can operate unless you opt out. In other or unrecognized regions, optional tracking waits for your consent. Existing opt-outs and Global Privacy Control are honored. Analytics and advertising choices are separate and can be changed through Privacy choices. We do not send contact fields, addresses or support contents to Google Analytics. We also use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate site usage. Query strings are removed from analytics URLs, and form values, email addresses and saved artwork selections are not sent as analytics events.

If you submit a support request, we use your order details, contact information, and photographs to review and resolve it. Reports and photos are stored privately with our hosting service and sent to our support inbox using our email service provider. Relevant evidence may be shared with production or delivery providers to investigate your claim. Support reports are not marketing consent. Avoid including payment details or unrelated personal information in photographs.

Where permitted by your advertising privacy settings, OpenAI measures ChatGPT ad visits, artwork views, bag additions, checkout starts and completed purchases. Its pixel uses a first-party click identifier and browser information. Automatic advanced matching may normalize and hash supported customer information to match ad conversions. You can opt out through Privacy choices. We do not include support reports or payment-card details in conversion events.

Where permitted by your analytics privacy settings, Shopify also receives storefront page views, artwork views and bag additions, using visitor and session identifiers to connect browsing with checkout. We do not include contact fields, support contents or payment details in these storefront analytics events. Shopify’s checkout privacy policy provides additional information about data handled during checkout and account use.

When you submit your checkout details to continue, we securely retain your contact details, delivery address, and bag to support checkout recovery. Unfinished checkout records expire after 30 days and are removed by the next daily cleanup. Completed records are removed when payment is confirmed. This does not subscribe you to marketing.
